Welcome!

I'm not sure if anybody will ever read this, but here goes.  This blog was created to track my journey to health and wellness.  It would be great to have some company along the way, but if I must make the journey alone, so be it.

My name is Pax, which is Latin for Peace.  I prefer to keep my identity somewhat private so if I know you in real life, ease don't post my real name here.  Peace is what  I seek in life and I hope I find it.  It is not a number on a scale, but that number is a reflection of my well being and ultimately my inner peace, because all things are interconnected.
